Superbly friendly staff

Worth every penny views of the ocean. Everything is good. - Impressive apartment with a nice bathroom. - Reasonable price at US$155. - Marvelous and fantastic location near the fort, restaurants, bars, Capitol Old San Juan, and the old town.

We loved rooms for the first bedroom.

Rented an apartment I felt like I was in prison had to close a gate behind me walk up a flight of stairs with 2 handicaps. Once upstairs to realize no air conditioning a standing fan for the whole apartment nor was there a television. When asked they said that television set are not provided in the apartment. When asked for a refund. They quickly accommodate me with a different apartment a few blocks away. Had to walk with all the luggage’s and handicaps.

Apartment was beautiful, but we didn’t get to enjoy it much. Got to the apartment late and in pain with all the walking we encountered. We were only there for one night.

Amazing and good location, I loved almost everything.

Location: the hotel was near to the beautiful Old San Juan, the ocean, forts, and local attractions and the restaurant. The room was a nice size with comfortable beds and free wireless internet and coffee. Every staff member was helpful.

Excellent hotel with a stunning location close to everything I wanted to be by. Pleasantly surprised by the excellent staff and quiet atmosphere.

The staff was super friendly. The room was huge and really comfortable. The location is particularly good, just next door to areas that are not in eyesight, in the heart of Old San Juan and historic San Juan. The Parrot Club, nestled within a 5-minute walk of the hotel, is a great spot for shots.

I stayed in this excellent hotel for 2 days. I had a really lovely experience. I loved its stunning location right by the Capitol in Old San Juan, the Marina, located in the heart of Old San Juan. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were a nice size.

The staff here is really knowledgeable and friendly. They definitely know what they're doing! 😊

I had a lovely experience at La Capitana Old San Juan Building. the location is stunning, close to the castle, port, and old San Juan. Most of the staff were very helpful. the rooms were a nice size, had all necessary amenities, free WiFi, excellent air-conditioning, and coffee. I loved my stay.

This place has incredibly friendly staff, a great location by the ocean, spacious beds, climate control, and a balcony in the room with stunning ocean views all around.
